Provides administrative and operational support to the hotel Sales team by coordinating contracts, proposals, group reservations, meetings, events, Banquet Event Orders, documentation, reports, and interdepartmental communication. Assists with business solicitation, site tours, marketing materials, guest interactions, and event setup. Maintains organized records, handles calls and office supplies, supports sales meetings, and helps ensure timely, professional service delivery.

Leads enterprise IT strategy, technology roadmaps, budgets, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, PCI DSS compliance, infrastructure, disaster recovery, vendors, and multi-site hotel technology operations. Oversees hotel onboarding and transitions, partners with executives and business leaders, communicates technology priorities, and manages internal and external IT resources. Requires advanced Microsoft 365 expertise, cybersecurity and compliance leadership, strong infrastructure knowledge, and regional travel to properties as needed.
