Lead maintenance operations for two hotel properties, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, preventive maintenance, capital projects, budgets, vendor management, team leadership, inspections, regulatory compliance, guest service response, and on-call emergency support.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, restock supplies, deliver linens and amenities, remove trash/soiled linens, assist with deep cleaning, respond to guest requests, follow safety/security procedures, communicate with housekeeping and other departments, and support daily hotel operations as assigned.
