Maintains clean and organized hotel public areas, replenishes housekeeping supplies, delivers linens and amenities, removes trash and soiled linens, responds to guest requests, supports deep-cleaning projects, and follows safety, security, and emergency procedures. The role communicates with housekeeping and other departments, reports hazards or maintenance needs, and contributes to efficient hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Provides administrative and operational support to the hotel Sales team. Coordinates contracts, proposals, group reservations, meeting rooms, event setups, Banquet Event Orders, reports, documentation, and interdepartmental communication. Assists with business solicitation, site tours, marketing materials, social media, guest interactions, and hotel-related events while maintaining organized records and high service standards.

Oversee hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest services, security, and maintenance. Maximize guest satisfaction, revenue, occupancy, and financial performance while maintaining brand standards, budgets, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. Lead department heads, schedules, cost controls, recruiting, training, coaching, complaint resolution, and daily operational meetings. Support seamless service delivery and participate in the Manager on Duty program.
