Provides front-office and scheduling support for a fertility clinic. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments and procedures, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, verifying insurance and balances, obtaining prior authorizations, maintaining patient charts, entering ICD-10 and CPT data, and protecting confidential records. The role requires professional patient communication, medical office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, insurance practices, HIPAA, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Manages day-to-day clinical operations for an IVF clinic and surgery center, overseeing patient care, clinical staff, workflows, SOP adherence, and QuadA certification. Resolves patient concerns, coaches and develops employees, coordinates with providers and administrative teams, and ensures exceptional continuity of care and patient experience.

Perform and oversee advanced ART procedures (ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation), monitor embryo development, maintain QC and documentation, train and mentor staff, support workflow and regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvement and validation.

Coordinate IVF patient care: educate patients on protocols and medications, schedule diagnostics and procedures, document care in EMR, assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, perform phlebotomy, pre-op patients, and support continuity of care across the healthcare team.

Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the fertility surgery center, overseeing OR staff, perioperative care (pre-op, OR, recovery), medication administration, QA, SOPs, accreditation (Quad A), and cross-functional collaboration with providers and leadership.

Provide front-desk patient service and scheduling at a fertility clinic, including phone screening, appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, insurance and payment processing, prior authorizations, chart preparation and maintenance, data entry with ICD-10/CPT coding, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Provide nursing coordination for IVF and frozen embryo transfer cycles: educate patients on medications, manage medication orders and pharmacy logistics, assist providers with procedures (IV starts, IUI), ensure regulatory compliance, maintain EMR documentation, and support a fast‑paced fertility clinic team.

Per diem Registered Nurse to support fertility and GYN surgeries at a surgery center. Provide pre- and post-op assessments, operating room support and circulation, PACU duties, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Work schedule driven by coverage needs with preference for availability 3–4 days/week, including weekends and holidays.

Perform semen analysis, sperm freezing and thawing, IUI preparations, and operate/maintain endocrine hormone assay instruments. Follow lab safety and quality standards, calibrate and clean equipment, and coordinate with physicians, patients, and lab staff. Weekend and holiday rotation across two San Diego locations.

Lead enterprise BI strategy and team to build a scalable data warehouse integrating EMRs and revenue cycle systems. Deliver standardized dashboards, self-service reporting, and trusted insights; establish data governance, KPI frameworks, and HIPAA-compliant pipelines while partnering with IT and clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.

Provide patient assessments, diagnostic testing, counseling, and customized treatment plans for infertility. Perform surgical and IVF procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers), prescribe medications, and maintain high clinical success rates while educating patients.

Support patients and staff with financial aspects of fertility treatment: calculate patient responsibility, obtain authorizations, perform post-cycle audits, handle billing follow-up, update financial records, and provide front-office backup and patient communications.

Provide patient consultations, perform infertility evaluations, ultrasounds and gynecologic procedures, develop and implement fertility treatment plans with physicians, counsel patients, oversee limited clinical staff duties, and document care in EMRs.

Lead and manage multi-site fertility laboratory operations, ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, JCAHO, FDA, ASRM), oversee quality assurance and SART reporting, mentor lab managers, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions and policy updates.

Lead creation and implementation of an enterprise-wide performance framework across a multi-site fertility clinic network. Design standardized scorecards, run performance reviews, identify and scale best practices, translate KPI trends into root-cause analyses and improvement plans, and influence clinical and operational leaders. Partner with executive leadership and PE sponsors to build durable systems and reporting cadence.
