Perform semen analysis, sperm freezing and thawing, IUI preparations, and operate/maintain endocrine hormone assay instruments. Follow lab safety and quality standards, calibrate and clean equipment, and coordinate with physicians, patients, and lab staff. Weekend and holiday rotation across two San Diego locations.

Perform and oversee advanced ART procedures (ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation), monitor embryo development, maintain QC and documentation, train and mentor staff, support workflow and regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvement and validation.

Per diem Registered Nurse providing pre- and post-operative assessments, operating room support, circulating duties, and PACU care for fertility and GYN surgeries. Ensures patient comfort and safety, communicates effectively, and participates in clinic coverage (including weekends/holidays) as needed.
