Performs diagnostic and therapeutic andrology laboratory procedures, including semen analysis, sperm DNA fragmentation testing, IUI preparation, and sperm cryopreservation. Prepares specimens, reagents, and media; verifies and reports patient results in the EMR; operates and maintains laboratory equipment; performs quality control; troubleshoots basic instrument issues; and supports development of new testing methods.

Leads the healthcare billing and revenue cycle team, overseeing claims, patient statements, payment posting, collections, accounts receivable, compliance, audits, reporting, and system optimization. Manages staff performance, improves workflows, supports accurate financial reporting, and ensures a positive patient billing experience. The role requires collaboration with clinical, finance, operations, and corporate teams while maintaining HIPAA and payer compliance.

Oversee third-party reproductive clinical services, including donor and surrogacy programs, across four locations. Lead and develop staff, manage clinical operations, ensure FDA and 21 CFR Part 1271 compliance, maintain SOPs and documentation, coordinate complex patient cases, analyze program data, manage budgets, and collaborate with providers, agencies, attorneys, and mental health professionals.
