Teams at Ivy Fertility

Perform and oversee advanced ART procedures (ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation), monitor embryo development, maintain QC and documentation, train and mentor staff, support workflow and regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvement and validation.

Coordinate IVF patient care: educate patients on protocols and medications, schedule diagnostics and procedures, document care in EMR, assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, perform phlebotomy, pre-op patients, and support continuity of care across the healthcare team.

Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the fertility surgery center, overseeing OR staff, perioperative care (pre-op, OR, recovery), medication administration, QA, SOPs, accreditation (Quad A), and cross-functional collaboration with providers and leadership.
