Designs, implements, supports, and migrates Windows server, network, application, and data infrastructure for clients. Configures switches, firewalls, and routers; manages virtualization and VDI environments; leads projects independently; performs technical design, support escalations, root-cause analysis, client communication, training, and mentorship.

Supports Microsoft server, network, desktop, and business applications in on-premise and cloud environments. Monitors performance, troubleshoots root causes, manages Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and network technologies, and provides Tier 3 escalation support. Maintains technical documentation, delivers training, and executes short-term desktop projects. Requires occasional local travel, after-hours and weekend flexibility, and participation in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule.
