Designs, implements, supports, and optimizes Windows-based server and network infrastructures for clients. Leads server, application, data, and network migrations, configures switches, firewalls, and routers, and resolves complex technical issues autonomously. Provides technology design, project planning, escalation support, root-cause analysis, client interaction, training, and mentorship. The role involves primarily server and network projects, with on-site client visits and responsibility for managing schedules and project delivery.

Supports Microsoft server, network, desktop, and business applications in on-premise and cloud environments. Monitors performance, troubleshoots root causes, manages Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and network technologies, and provides Tier 3 escalation support. Maintains technical documentation, delivers training, and executes short-term desktop projects. Requires occasional local travel, after-hours and weekend flexibility, and participation in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule.
