Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba), manage DNS, execute small IT projects, produce documentation, and engage directly with clients to resolve escalated desktop, server, and network issues.

Lead and manage a blended local and offshore Business Support team delivering software, BI/reporting, automation, and QA. Oversee project lifecycles, vendor relations, governance for citizen development using AI-assisted tools, process improvement, and strategic reporting to align technology delivery with business goals and compliance.
