Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain Oracle ERP general ledger structure, support Oracle Cloud EPM narrative reporting, assist consolidations (intercompany, FX translation), drive data validation and process improvements, and partner with Finance, IT, and Compliance to ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Lead solution definition and technical strategy during sales for utility customers. Translate customer challenges into Level 1/2 architectures and value-based solution narratives, scope SOWs, evaluate technologies, and partner with sales, product, engineering, and delivery to ensure feasible, revenue-driving solutions focused on AMI, grid edge intelligence, MDMS, DER/DERMS, and utility communications.

Support and optimize end-to-end business operations across cross-functional teams. Drive visibility, KPI reporting, and action tracking; analyze demand, supply, inventory, and delivery performance; translate data into actionable insights; remove roadblocks and align planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams; maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation; lead continuous improvement and support forecasting and prioritization to improve customer delivery and business outcomes.
