Own lifecycle and roadmap for Network Interface Card hardware, lead NPI from requirements to launch, align cross-functional teams, support sales and customers, manage regulatory and regional deployment, monitor quality and field performance, and drive product improvements through market and technical insight.

Supports customer-facing production applications across Windows and Linux environments. Responsibilities include incident and service request management, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, root cause analysis, system monitoring, customer communication, documentation, and operational improvement. The role requires SQL, networking, system administration, and ticketing experience, with weekend on-call rotations and temporary early or late shifts for global onboarding.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain Oracle ERP general ledger structure, support Oracle Cloud EPM narrative reporting, assist consolidations (intercompany, FX translation), drive data validation and process improvements, and partner with Finance, IT, and Compliance to ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
