Manage global IT infrastructure and manufacturing-site operations, lead ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB activities, handle Windows endpoint lifecycle (Intune/Autopilot), oversee IT asset management, vendor/SLA leadership, high-availability networking, DR/backup, and provide Oracle EBS client-side support.
