Conducts cybersecurity Risk Management Framework assessments for Department of Defense systems at Peterson Space Force Base. Reviews RMF packages, cyber risk reports, commercial internet and satellite communication requests, approved product lists, vulnerability scans, and STIG compliance. Provides recommendations to government stakeholders, supports accreditation activities, attends assessment meetings, and contributes cybersecurity technical expertise and investigations.

Supports USSF Defensive Cyber Operations by monitoring and analyzing intrusions, identifying malicious activity, executing cyber response, developing countermeasures, and assisting with classified material, personnel security, access control, clearance processing, SAP compliance, and security awareness activities.

Coordinates administrative, personnel, agreements, and reporting activities for a U.S. Space Force cyber operations detachment. Manages MOA/MOU, service-level, and host-tenant agreements; maintains agreement records; supports personnel programs, resource analysis, promotions, awards, and professional military education timelines; prepares reports and briefings; and administers military and civilian personnel systems. U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Develop, maintain, and instruct cyber operations courseware and databases (ELK, Oracle). Optimize SQL queries, manage servers/backups, administer CMS (Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA), train personnel, support mission analysis, and coordinate data sharing across classifications to enhance offensive cyber operations.

Provides budget analysis, financial modeling, resource planning, forecasting, and strategic financial advisory support for the 352 COS. Responsibilities include PPBE and FYDP planning, budget execution monitoring, cost-benefit and business case analysis, resource requirement development, reconciliation, dashboard and report preparation, process improvement, and executive briefings. The role supports aligning manpower, IT, travel, training, and supply requirements with appropriate funding sources while maintaining accurate government documentation.
