The role collaborates with warehouse operations, infrastructure, development teams, vendors, and application support resources while improving system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and maintain enterprise Linux, IP networking, firewalls, highly available clusters, databases, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. Lead production incident response from detection through recovery, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate customers and technical teams, execute controlled changes, maintain documentation, and develop Bash or Python automation. The role requires independent support of business-critical environments and strong hands-on expertise in Linux administration, networking, high availability, and production operations.

Supports UAT for a loan application system upgrade by creating and executing test cases, entering and processing loans, validating functionality through GUI testing, documenting evidence and defects, performing regression and end-to-end testing, and retesting fixes. The analyst uses Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to identify and validate test data, collaborates with operations and technology stakeholders, and supports system-upgrade activities in a financial services environment.

Leads enterprise data engineering solutions for financial services clients using Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and Python. Designs and optimizes ELT/ETL pipelines, data models, analytical datasets, orchestration, governance, and performance solutions. Mentors data engineers, manages technical priorities and deliverables, reviews designs and code, and works directly with business and technology stakeholders on accounting, tax, finance, risk, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
