Lead hands-on design and delivery of enterprise data solutions using Snowflake and Databricks. Mentor data engineers, manage technical priorities and deliverables, review designs and code, optimize ELT/ETL pipelines, develop data models and analytical datasets, and implement governance and quality practices. Partner with financial services stakeholders to translate accounting, tax, finance, risk, and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions. Support Agile ceremonies, client workshops, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and delivery communications.

Manage the implementation of a new EHR system, oversee project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, vendor coordination, technical initiatives, and transition into ongoing operations and maintenance. The role requires health IT expertise, organizational change management experience, and leadership of large-scale implementations. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania and work onsite in Harrisburg two days per week.

Lead end-to-end delivery of loan origination and servicing platform modernization including scope, schedule, budget, risk, data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, production cutover, vendor management, governance, and stakeholder communication across business and technical teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor for Financial Services clients to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional requirements, design solutions using Sales/Service Cloud and related Salesforce products, support Agile delivery, facilitate UAT, and drive post-production optimization.
