Provides Level 3 escalation support for complex telecommunications and carrier-grade network issues in a 24/7/365 environment. Troubleshoots routing, switching, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, servers, applications, and cloud platforms; supports deployments and go-live activities; performs root-cause analysis; administers Juniper and Red Hat Linux environments; and documents solutions while collaborating with vendors, carriers, engineers, and emergency-service stakeholders.

Provides hands-on technical support, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for Blue Yonder WMS and related warehouse applications. Responsibilities include SQL-based diagnostics, log analysis, integration support, software releases, deployments, testing, upgrades, implementations, cutovers, go-lives, and production stabilization. The role collaborates with warehouse operations, infrastructure, development teams, vendors, and application support resources while improving system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Manage the implementation of a new EHR system, oversee project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, vendor coordination, technical initiatives, and transition into ongoing operations and maintenance. The role requires health IT expertise, organizational change management experience, and leadership of large-scale implementations. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania and work onsite in Harrisburg two days per week.
