Leads enterprise IT project portfolio management platform adoption and enhancements. Responsibilities include improving portfolio, program, and Agile processes; managing requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment; supporting governance; developing training and documentation; and coordinating with technical teams, PMOs, project managers, and business stakeholders to drive system adoption and continuous improvement.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support software development sprints, remove impediments, manage dependencies, track Jira metrics, coordinate demonstrations, and communicate delivery status. Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, developers, business analysts, Scrum Masters, and PMO leadership to improve team performance and standardize Agile practices within quarterly release schedules.

Manages full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through hire. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging candidates, writing job postings, maintaining talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies with hiring managers, and delivering a strong candidate experience. Requires strong research, communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
