Perform laboratory sample preparation and measurements using prescribed equipment, analyze sample specifications, record data, generate customer reports, maintain sample storage, assist in disaster recovery preparation and cross-departmental tasks.

Builds and manages relationships with repair and restoration firms, develops standardized marketing and training programs, onboards partners, analyzes network data, and drives process improvements. Acts as liaison to internal teams and creates collateral to increase participation and engagement.

Prepare and analyze material samples using lab instruments, record measurements, run database searches, communicate with manufacturers, generate validation reports, and maintain sample storage and quality standards.

Provide timely support to customers via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries and complaints; document interactions; collaborate with insurers and adjusters; escalate issues and maintain SLAs while promoting strong customer satisfaction.

Review and QA repair estimates and files, complete cabinetry/furniture valuations using Xactimate, ensure file completion and billing, follow up on incomplete submissions, support SLAs, assist manager with metrics and process improvements, and manage queues.
