Maintain and audit the product data catalog, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to collect and validate product information, produce product content and reporting, and support customer experience inquiries.

Perform laboratory sample preparation and measurements using prescribed equipment, analyze sample specifications, record data, generate customer reports, maintain sample storage, assist in disaster recovery preparation and cross-departmental tasks.

Builds and manages relationships with repair and restoration firms, develops standardized marketing and training programs, onboards partners, analyzes network data, and drives process improvements. Acts as liaison to internal teams and creates collateral to increase participation and engagement.
