Represent and support a group of student alumni through college by conducting outreach, home visits, health checks, data tracking, community engagement, sharing circles, and events. The role helps alumni participate in college-to-career programs, build connections, gain work experience, and remain engaged with the alumni community.

Mentor approximately 150 students aged 14–20, helping them complete school or college and address personal challenges. Source internships and skill-development opportunities, counsel students on suitable pathways, maintain partnerships with companies and organizations, and facilitate skill-building and community sessions. The role requires regular travel across Khed and Pune, weekend work, stakeholder engagement, and use of a personal bike.

Supports school expansion across Maharashtra by conducting landscape studies, gathering field data, identifying opportunities, engaging government and community stakeholders, preparing proposals and tenders, resolving liaison issues, monitoring policy changes, and securing required permissions and compliances for new schools.

Provide one-on-one academic, financial, and social support to college-going alumni; maintain student data and track progress; conduct follow-ups, calls, and home visits; plan engagement programs and events; collaborate with parents, colleges, and internal teams; identify risks and connect students with appropriate support.

Manages school facilities, housekeeping, repairs, inventory, attendance and student/staff records. Handles admissions, government documentation, procurement, petty cash, printing, stationery, events, vendor coordination, front-office visitors, principal meetings, and communication with the central office.

Lead iTeach Schools’ expansion across municipal corporations in Maharashtra and beyond. Responsibilities include developing the expansion strategy, managing the full government partnership pipeline, drafting proposals and tenders, securing funding, conducting landscape studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, building senior government relationships, and managing and coaching Government Relations Associates. The role is based in Mumbai and requires travel across Maharashtra.

Lead People Operations as iTeach scales from 500 to 1,000+ employees. Responsibilities include monitoring organizational health, reporting engagement and attrition metrics, modernizing HR systems and processes, developing compliant policies, supporting performance and conduct matters, running engagement and well-being programs, benchmarking benefits, and managing a team of 5–6 HR Associates.

Co-lead a school with the Principal by managing staff, student learning, school operations, culture, facilities, data systems, government permissions, program partners, and volunteers. Coach approximately ten staff members, set and review goals, support professional development and retention, and drive continuous improvement toward the school’s vision and student outcomes.
