Manages school facilities, housekeeping, repairs, inventory, attendance and student/staff records. Handles admissions, government documentation, procurement, petty cash, printing, stationery, events, vendor coordination, front-office visitors, principal meetings, and communication with the central office.

iTeach is building a talent community for future teaching, program, operations, and school leadership opportunities. Candidates complete an interview process and, if selected, join a priority pool for upcoming roles in their preferred function and location. Members receive occasional updates and may leave at any time. There is no guaranteed start date or immediate vacancy, but selected candidates will be contacted first when a suitable role opens.

Manages school visitors, housekeeping, facilities, library and learning resources. Maintains government, student, staff, intern, volunteer, attendance, finance, and HR records. Handles printing, stationery, vendor coordination, school events, purchase documentation, reimbursements, and task tracking. Requires Hindi and Marathi typing, English comprehension, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
