Teams at iTeach Schools

Represent and support a group of student alumni through college by conducting outreach, home visits, health checks, data tracking, community engagement, sharing circles, and events. The role helps alumni participate in college-to-career programs, build connections, gain work experience, and remain engaged with the alumni community.

Mentor approximately 150 students aged 14–20, helping them complete school or college and address personal challenges. Source internships and skill-development opportunities, counsel students on suitable pathways, maintain partnerships with companies and organizations, and facilitate skill-building and community sessions. The role requires regular travel across Khed and Pune, weekend work, stakeholder engagement, and use of a personal bike.

Supports school expansion across Maharashtra by conducting landscape studies, gathering field data, identifying opportunities, engaging government and community stakeholders, preparing proposals and tenders, resolving liaison issues, monitoring policy changes, and securing required permissions and compliances for new schools.
