Oversees HR technology governance, AI-enabled service improvements, workforce insights, metrics, and team development.

Lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable, multi-region AWS infrastructure. Establish cloud standards, architecture patterns, security controls, and infrastructure-as-code practices while managing AWS identity, networking, governance, observability, account vending, and automation. Partner with security and infrastructure teams on production reliability and on-call operations, and mentor engineers in a mission-critical environment.

Leads enterprise cybersecurity strategy across cloud, infrastructure, applications, AI/ML, DevSecOps, and regulated OT environments. Responsibilities include cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, threat modeling, security monitoring, incident response support, compliance validation, risk mitigation, AI security governance, and implementation of controls across AWS and Azure. The role develops policies and reporting, supports audits, collaborates with technical and business teams, monitors emerging threats, and provides technical mentorship.

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer builds and maintains observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and telemetry platforms, with a strong focus on Splunk administration. They automate operational workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Terraform, improve resilience through high availability and disaster recovery engineering, support incident response, conduct performance and capacity planning, and reduce operational toil through scalable automation and permanent reliability improvements.

Designs and guides AWS cloud architectures aligned with business requirements, security, reliability, efficiency, and cost goals. Collaborates with development and DevOps teams, establishes architecture standards and reusable reference architectures, documents solution designs, prototypes cloud solutions, develops Terraform modules, and advises on AWS service adoption. Requires deep AWS expertise, software development experience, cloud architecture leadership, and knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Administers employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life events, vendor relationships, leaves, accommodations, retirement, and retiree benefits. Leads open enrollment, communications, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements while advising employees and managers on plan provisions. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient benefits operations and supports strategic initiatives.

Manage software engineering teams delivering AWS-based cloud applications, public websites, SSO, and enterprise platforms. Lead architecture, Java and SQL development, DevOps, CI/CD automation, monitoring, production support, and 24/7 on-call operations.
