Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation by executing strategy, building an AI Champions community, driving adoption and use-case discovery, developing workforce AI capabilities, and establishing governance and responsible-use practices. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives across IT, HR, legal, finance, and business units, facilitates training and innovation forums, manages change, and develops metrics and reporting for AI adoption, budgeting, and business outcomes.

Leads cross-functional projects from planning through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, meetings, and stakeholder communications. Partners with technology and business teams on modernization, operational improvement, enterprise application, market systems, and transformation initiatives. Supports prioritization, organizational accountability, lessons learned, and project-management best practices.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data warehouses, data marts, BI systems, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines. Ensure platform reliability, performance, data quality, and production readiness while driving architecture, integration, automation, and innovation. Partner with business and IT stakeholders, mentor data engineers, influence technical decisions, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation supporting mission-critical analytics.
