First-line IT support specialist handling ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across client environments. Manages ConnectWise ticketing, communicates status to customers, documents procedures, maintains vendor certifications (Auvik, Cisco, Citrix, Fortinet, HP, Microsoft, RMM, Veeam, VMware), and travels to client sites as needed while meeting SLAs and utilization targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, prospect and nurture relationships, promote ISG Technology solutions, maintain CRM data, support sales enablement, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to client sites.

First-line IT troubleshooter who responds to client tickets, diagnoses and resolves technical issues, documents troubleshooting steps in ConnectWise, meets SLA and utilization targets, and maintains customer communication. Requires networking and systems administration knowledge, vendor certifications as assigned (Cisco, VMware, Fortinet, etc.), strong customer service, multi-tasking, and occasional travel to client sites.

Lead and oversee the marketing department to drive revenue, brand, and lead generation. Develop market research, go-to-market plans, and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with sales, product, and services leadership, manage budget and external partners, coach the team, and measure/iterate campaign performance to meet business goals.
