Leads project-based delivery teams, overseeing project managers and engineers across complex infrastructure, cloud, security, and managed-services implementations. Responsibilities include portfolio governance, resource planning, utilization and profitability forecasting, quality management, KPI and SLA adherence, risk mitigation, staffing, succession planning, and cross-functional coordination. The role develops team capabilities, resolves delivery constraints, supports presales and service operations, and drives continuous improvement in project delivery maturity and customer satisfaction.

Identifies and develops new business opportunities, grows existing accounts, and sells IT solutions through prospecting, consultations, presentations, and relationship building. Supports sales enablement by maintaining playbooks, reporting, dashboards, CRM data, and sales processes. Collaborates with sales, marketing, IT, product, and leadership teams while managing forecasts, account setup, customer records, and client-site travel.

Identifies and develops new business opportunities for managed IT and technology solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client discovery, managing accounts, progressing opportunities, meeting recurring revenue quotas, maintaining CRM records, supporting sales enablement, coordinating with marketing and technical teams, and onboarding new clients. The role requires frequent customer interaction, presentations, strategic selling, client-site travel, and collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners.
