Lead and oversee the marketing department to drive revenue, brand, and lead generation. Develop market research, go-to-market plans, and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with sales, product, and services leadership, manage budget and external partners, coach the team, and measure/iterate campaign performance to meet business goals.

Lead and grow the service delivery organization (Managed and Professional Services) with P&L ownership, SLAs and NPS targets, strategy development, tooling/process improvements, executive collaboration, and people leadership to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and scaled recurring services.

Manage and grow client accounts by building relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, conducting business reviews, managing renewals, tracking account performance in CRM, and coordinating with sales and services teams to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.
