Leads customer-site operations for autonomous vehicle demos, pilots, proofs of concept, rollouts, and deployments. Oversees vehicle maintenance, compliance, safety, configuration, integration, verification, customer communications, and operational planning. Coordinates with customers and internal Testing, Product, Engineering, COO, and leadership teams. Leads deployment teams, manages customer-site activities, supports relationship expansion, and drives successful product and operational outcomes. The role is expected to be performed on-site at a Dallas customer location.

Design and execute vehicle- and system-level test plans for autonomous vehicle hardware and software. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop data analysis and visualization tools, and communicate findings to engineering teams. Provide input on testable system designs and prioritize test exceptions to meet customer requirements.

Integrate autonomous driving hardware and software systems—including sensors, actuators, ECUs, networking, communications, and power delivery—into base vehicle platforms. Maintain integration documentation and serve as the first responder for vehicle issues. Diagnose automotive bus systems, triage hands-on vehicle problems, determine root causes, and implement resolutions. Support sensor calibration and work with CAN analysis tools, MATLAB/Simulink, and Linux.

Develops and leads electrical and mechanical hardware validation, verification, reliability testing, fixtures, benches, and test processes for autonomous vehicles. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, failure analysis, test documentation, design reviews, FMEA participation, and implementing RMA/RCA processes. The role also supports vehicle commissioning, fleet-wide hardware deployment, and onboarding and training additional test engineers, with travel up to 30%.

Operate autonomous yard trucks both onboard and remotely, execute testing procedures, monitor vehicle systems, document and triage issues, help develop new tests, and represent ISEE with customers. The role requires strict safety compliance, extended vehicle and outdoor work, laptop use while moving, rotating shifts, driving, drug screening, background checks, and DOT physicals.
