Teams at ISEE

Leads customer-site operations for autonomous vehicle demos, pilots, proofs of concept, rollouts, and deployments. Oversees vehicle maintenance, compliance, safety, configuration, integration, verification, customer communications, and operational planning. Coordinates with customers and internal Testing, Product, Engineering, COO, and leadership teams. Leads deployment teams, manages customer-site activities, supports relationship expansion, and drives successful product and operational outcomes. The role is expected to be performed on-site at a Dallas customer location.

Design and execute vehicle- and system-level test plans for autonomous vehicle hardware and software. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop data analysis and visualization tools, and communicate findings to engineering teams. Provide input on testable system designs and prioritize test exceptions to meet customer requirements.

Integrate autonomous driving hardware and software systems—including sensors, actuators, ECUs, networking, communications, and power delivery—into base vehicle platforms. Maintain integration documentation and serve as the first responder for vehicle issues. Diagnose automotive bus systems, triage hands-on vehicle problems, determine root causes, and implement resolutions. Support sensor calibration and work with CAN analysis tools, MATLAB/Simulink, and Linux.
