Provides instructional and operational leadership under the Principal, including monitoring instructional programs, analyzing academic and operational data, coaching and developing teachers, supervising staff, supporting student engagement and enrollment, coordinating events and testing, managing facilities and safety, engaging with parents, and supporting special education and school improvement initiatives.

Program Leaders mentor and engage K-8 students, implement educational activities, and ensure a safe environment during after-school programs, while maintaining records and collaborating with staff.

The ELOP Program Leader coordinates after-school programs, ensures safety, manages records, communicates with parents, and supports inclusive education.

Leads operational systems and support across six schools, including team management, facilities, nutrition programs, regulatory compliance, data systems, enrollment, procurement, vendors, budgets, and continuous improvement. Establishes standards, KPIs, reporting processes, and accountability systems while partnering with school leaders and central teams. Conducts site reviews, manages operational resources, ensures compliance, and develops scalable solutions for consistent school operations.

Support site-level expanded learning program operations and compliance. Supervise and coach staff, assist hiring, conduct investigations, deliver trainings, manage attendance and timesheets, perform audits, provide class coverage, and maintain program records while upholding district and state standards.

Provide instructional and operational leadership for an at-risk student population: set school direction and standards, manage staff and daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, develop accountability and data systems, oversee curriculum and professional development, engage families, assist with grants and budgeting, and report to the CEO and board.

Lead ISANA Academies HR function: develop and execute HR strategy, manage HR team and HRIS, oversee recruitment, benefits, performance management, compliance, teacher credentialing, onboarding, leaves, workers' compensation, training, employee relations, and executive reporting.

Provide leadership and oversight for Independent Study, attendance recovery, and chronic absenteeism prevention across the charter network. Develop procedures, ensure compliance with California Education Code, train staff, analyze attendance and program data, and implement continuous improvement to increase student engagement and outcomes.

Part-time site leader overseeing day-to-day expanded learning operations: supervise and coach staff, hire and train instructors, ensure ISANA/LACOE/CDE compliance, manage records, conduct investigations, approve timesheets, and run professional development.
