Lead day-to-day operations of an expanded learning site ensuring compliance with ISANA, LACOE, and CDE standards. Supervise and train program staff, conduct hiring and disciplinary investigations, maintain records and timesheets, deliver professional development, and cover classes as needed to preserve staff-to-student ratios.

Provide instructional and operational leadership for an at-risk student population: set school direction and standards, manage staff and daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, develop accountability and data systems, oversee curriculum and professional development, engage families, assist with grants and budgeting, and report to the CEO and board.
