Teams at ISANA Academies

Coordinates daily after-school enrichment programs at a school site, including enrollment, attendance tracking, safety enforcement, student supervision, physical activities, snack distribution, vendor communication, family engagement, and front office support. Maintains accurate records, reports concerns, and helps create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for school-aged children.

Provides instructional and operational leadership under the Principal, including monitoring instructional programs, analyzing academic and operational data, coaching and developing teachers, supervising staff, supporting student engagement and enrollment, coordinating events and testing, managing facilities and safety, engaging with parents, and supporting special education and school improvement initiatives.

Leads an assigned class of 20–25 K–8 students in an expanded learning program. Provides mentorship, coaching, positive role modeling, and daily enrichment activities, including Fun Friday projects. Collaborates with school stakeholders, supports the organization’s mission and vision, and participates in ongoing training and coaching.
