Teams at ISANA Academies

Assists with operating an expanded learning program, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising and coaching staff, supporting hiring, conducting training, managing attendance and records, reviewing timesheets, handling student disciplinary investigations, maintaining staff-to-student ratios, and building positive stakeholder relationships.

Coordinates daily after-school enrichment programs at a school site, including enrollment, attendance tracking, safety enforcement, student supervision, physical activities, snack distribution, vendor communication, family engagement, and front office support. Maintains accurate records, reports concerns, and helps create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for school-aged children.

Provides instructional and operational leadership under the Principal, including monitoring instructional programs, analyzing academic and operational data, coaching and developing teachers, supervising staff, supporting student engagement and enrollment, coordinating events and testing, managing facilities and safety, engaging with parents, and supporting special education and school improvement initiatives.
