Lead day-to-day operations of an expanded learning site ensuring ISANA, LACOE, and CDE compliance. Supervise and coach program staff, hire and train personnel, conduct disciplinary investigations, manage attendance and records, approve timesheets, and deliver professional development.

Support site-level expanded learning program operations and compliance. Supervise and coach staff, assist hiring, conduct investigations, deliver trainings, manage attendance and timesheets, perform audits, provide class coverage, and maintain program records while upholding district and state standards.

Provide instructional and operational leadership for an at-risk student population: set school direction and standards, manage staff and daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, develop accountability and data systems, oversee curriculum and professional development, engage families, assist with grants and budgeting, and report to the CEO and board.
