Lead Ironclad's Total Rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, recognition, and policies. Design and administer pay programs, partner with executives and Finance/Legal on compensation planning and Board materials, stabilize compensation and benefits cycles, build governance and operating rigor, use market data and analytics to inform decisions, and build a high-performing Total Rewards team.

Design, implement, and deliver medium-to-large software projects from conception to deployment. Lead architecture and design reviews, mentor teammates, improve tooling and processes, collaborate with product management, monitor and maintain systems, and contribute to hiring and documentation.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop go-to-market strategies, shape messaging for buy-side solutions, and enhance sales enablement while acting as the voice of the market.
