Act as the internal voice of legal buyers while influencing product strategy and driving pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, using customer and business data to guide recommendations and execution.

Build and maintain developer productivity tools, local development environments, build and test systems, CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes tooling, Backstage portal plugins, and release automation. Troubleshoot failures, support engineering users through a support rotation, document solutions, and improve recurring workflows. Collaborate on code reviews and technical discussions while owning scoped improvements from investigation through rollout.

Own the architecture, governance, integrations, and performance of Ironclad’s marketing technology ecosystem, with deep responsibility for Marketo. Build scalable self-service campaign frameworks, automate campaign operations, establish QA guardrails, maintain CRM synchronization and data hygiene, and enable marketing teams through documentation, training, and certification. The role also audits vendors and systems, improves utilization, and leads technical troubleshooting and operational change management.

Own the full-funnel customer journey, lead lifecycle, scoring, enrichment, routing, and sales handoff infrastructure. Administer Marketo and Bizible, develop multi-touch attribution models, manage Salesforce workflows, and deliver pipeline, ROI, and conversion analytics. Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Demand Generation, and executives to improve ABM nurturing, funnel alignment, and marketing performance reporting.

Own the architecture for agentic search systems combining LLMs and retrieval to answer complex contract questions. Design evaluation benchmarks, improve search relevance, build content-understanding and ingestion pipelines, and set technical direction across the AI organization. Partner with product, applied science, and engineering leaders while mentoring senior engineers and driving measurable, production-scale improvements in retrieval, query understanding, reranking, and LLM agent systems.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered procurement products. Lead discovery and development of supplier intelligence, contract insights, obligations, renewals, amendments, risk analysis, and procurement workflows. Partner with engineering, AI, data, design, and go-to-market teams to translate complex customer needs into trusted products, define AI quality metrics, build human-feedback loops, and drive launches, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Identify and qualify prospective customers, manage inbound leads, conduct consultative qualification calls, nurture warm prospects, and create sales opportunities. Use Salesforce and Outreach to execute daily lead-generation activities, maintain accurate pipeline information, build prospect relationships, and improve inbound sales playbooks. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and refine processes that improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates.

Own technology partnership launches and ongoing execution from signed intent through integration and management. Source, recruit, and hire talent across G&A and Marketing functions through the full recruiting lifecycle. Build sourcing strategies, attract passive candidates, partner with hiring managers and executives, guide candidates through the process, negotiate offers, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role also requires leveraging AI tools and ATS technologies, including preferred experience with Ashby, while adapting to changing priorities and managing complex searches.

Lead design and delivery of high-priority AI initiatives across product and platform boundaries. Rapidly prototype and launch AI features, unblock teams, mentor engineers, and shape production-grade LLM systems (retrieval, evals, prompting, orchestration). Collaborate with product, design, and domain experts to turn customer needs into shipped product.

Lead global revenue enablement programs for sales, account management, and customer success teams. The role requires expertise in LLM systems, NLP, document understanding, retrieval, agent frameworks, or ML infrastructure.

Lead employment and litigation counsel serving as the primary legal advisor to the People team. Responsibilities include employment policy and process development, workplace investigations, compliance, manager training, international expansion support, AI-related employment guidance, litigation and pre-litigation management, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also contributes to broader compliance, privilege, legal operations, and cross-functional initiatives.

Staff Product Manager responsible for importing, modeling, governing, and activating contract data across Ironclad’s platform. The role defines data foundations, knowledge graph capabilities, AI agents, integrations, schemas, APIs, quality metrics, lineage, and trust controls. This leader partners across Engineering, AI, Design, Search, Contract Understanding, and business teams to deliver context-aware experiences that support search, analytics, workflows, predictions, recommendations, and automated actions.

Provide responsive technical support through email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot and resolve product issues; answer how-to questions; collaborate with account executives and internal teams; improve help content and support workflows; analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements; and deliver proactive, high-quality customer experiences.

Own and improve identity governance, access controls, RBAC, SSO, MFA, device trust, and endpoint security programs. Integrate SaaS applications with identity platforms, conduct access reviews, investigate identity incidents, automate audit evidence collection, and partner across security, IT, compliance, and application teams. Develop scripts and integrations, support vulnerability management across macOS and Windows, and continuously strengthen identity architecture and least-privilege controls.

The Technical Adoption Architect partners with account teams and customers from pre-sales discovery through implementation and adoption. They design Ironclad workflows, templates, integrations, and phased technical roadmaps; advise on responsible AI use in contracting; lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement; manage stakeholder alignment, risks, expectations, and escalations; and provide customer insights to Product. The role requires strong consulting, solution architecture, communication, enterprise stakeholder management, and practical AI fluency.
