Leads the global sales operations infrastructure, including GTM planning, territory and quota design, forecasting, pipeline accountability, renewals, expansion, partner and BDR programs, and international growth. Builds and manages a global operations team, automates sales workflows, develops AI-enabled GTM strategies, and presents data-backed recommendations to executive leadership while partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and GTM Engineering.

Designs and delivers enterprise automations, AI-assisted workflows, and governed integrations across business systems. Leads cross-functional integration projects, operationalizes Glean-based AI workflows, establishes engineering and observability standards, implements error handling and alerting, and mentors automation engineers. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures and roadmaps while advancing reliable, secure, and reusable automation practices.

Own the architecture for agentic search systems combining LLMs and retrieval to answer complex contract questions. Design evaluation benchmarks, improve search relevance, build content-understanding and ingestion pipelines, and set technical direction across the AI organization. Partner with product, applied science, and engineering leaders while mentoring senior engineers and driving measurable, production-scale improvements in retrieval, query understanding, reranking, and LLM agent systems.
