Manage and grow an engineering team, establish technical excellence, execute product roadmaps, and collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams. The role includes designing, building, and testing features, resolving organizational challenges, mentoring engineers, representing the company to customers, and supporting engineering recruitment. Required expertise includes object-oriented development, public cloud platforms and networking, Agile, test-driven development, code review, full SDLC experience, and CI/CD pipelines.

Owns strategic partner relationships and operationalizes partner success programs across the customer lifecycle in EMEA. The role aligns partners with opportunities, manages delivery readiness and capacity, develops enablement and certification plans, improves co-delivery quality, and supports customer adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. It requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Alliances, Services, Customer Success, and systems integrators, along with data-driven program improvement and regular London office attendance.

Provide responsive technical support through email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot and resolve product issues; answer how-to questions; collaborate with account executives and internal teams; improve help content and support workflows; analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements; and deliver proactive, high-quality customer experiences.
