Coordinate Product, Marketing, and Sales workstreams, manage timelines and dependencies, run joint go-to-market activations, provide executive-ready portfolio updates, remove blockers, and maintain partner relationships. Build scalable partnership playbooks, launch processes, templates, and engagement models while ensuring stakeholders deliver agreed outcomes on time.

Source, recruit, and hire talent across G&A and Marketing functions through the full recruiting lifecycle. Build sourcing strategies, attract passive candidates, partner with hiring managers and executives, guide candidates through the process, negotiate offers, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role also requires leveraging AI tools and ATS technologies, including preferred experience with Ashby, while adapting to changing priorities and managing complex searches.

Lead design and delivery of high-priority AI initiatives across product and platform boundaries. Rapidly prototype and launch AI features, unblock teams, mentor engineers, and shape production-grade LLM systems (retrieval, evals, prompting, orchestration). Collaborate with product, design, and domain experts to turn customer needs into shipped product.
