Develops and maintains robust software across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support. The role focuses on Python and C++ backend development, React frontend work, automated testing, security, reliability, CI/CD, and scalable application design. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and maintain scalable data solutions, ensuring data integrity and collaborating across teams to deliver compliant solutions.

Lead Group Finance operations including financial accounting, treasury, AR/AP, month- and year-end close, external audit and IFRS reporting. Drive finance transformation, internal controls, risk management, ERP and finance systems roadmap, automation and AI enablement. Manage and mentor a ~19-person team, deliver consolidated Group and APAC subsidiary reports, and support governance, Board/ARC papers and treasury operations.

Support Group Strategy on CEO/Board-mandated and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate workstreams, run analysis, track strategic initiatives, support annual and 5-year planning, prepare executive-level presentations, and help deliver strategic forums like QBRs and Strategic Councils.
