Partners with APAC Wealth leadership on commercial strategy, budgets, forecasts, five-year projections, and P&L ownership. Supports cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Docker. Mentors junior engineers, troubleshoots application reliability issues, and collaborates with frontend teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve product outcomes.

Develops and maintains robust software across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support. The role focuses on Python and C++ backend development, React frontend work, automated testing, security, reliability, CI/CD, and scalable application design. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, automation, cross-team collaboration, risk management, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to feature and non-functional design for the Xplan wealth-management platform.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and maintain scalable data solutions, ensuring data integrity and collaborating across teams to deliver compliant solutions.

Support Group Strategy on CEO/Board-mandated and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate workstreams, run analysis, track strategic initiatives, support annual and 5-year planning, prepare executive-level presentations, and help deliver strategic forums like QBRs and Strategic Councils.
