Provide analytical and technical support to both internal and external clients across a broad range of system and process improvement initiatives covering all aspects of Superannuation administration and management. Assist with configuration, scripting, release management, issue triage, testing and documentation for Superannuation administration systems.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

Provide superannuation and technology subject matter expertise when required

Consult with internal and client stakeholders across the full software development and project lifecycle

Work closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practice

Ensure that all client deliveries and interactions adhere to the highest quality standards

Requirements gathering

Solution / system design

System configuration

Integration specification

Quality assurance

Technical and user documentation

Assist with release activities
What you will bring:

Proficiency with SQL
-
Exposure to web technologies including Javascript
-
Practical experience with superannuation technology systems
-
Experience with OpenText Case 360 or Exstream products will be highly regarded
-
Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
-
Understand and have experience with version control systems such as Github
-
Microsoft suite literacy
-
Relevant qualifications in IT or Superannuation will be highly regarded
