We are seeking a dynamic Software Implementation Associate to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Irving, Texas. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying our ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Position OverviewAs a Software Implementation Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
- Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
- Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
- Interface with customers at all levels
- Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
Implementation & Deployment:
- Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
- Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
Standards & Processes:
- Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
- Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
- Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial systems; Accounting or Finance, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in software product implementation, Preferably ERP or SaaS Software
- A strong background in financial systems, General Ledger, Accounting Principles, FinTech
- Coding Time and Material
- Experience in the Retail Domains a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other.
- Experienced in Accounting and Financials, General Ledger
- Experienced in Testing, Configuration, Training
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects.
- Travel up to 40%
