Own management reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards. Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling. Partner with commercial, product, operations, and leadership to translate data into actionable insights, drive performance improvements, and support strategic planning.

Support pre-sales, assist demos and technical documentation; manage API-based implementations and onboarding; coordinate with Product and Tech; act as primary post-implementation client contact delivering training, monitoring usage, identifying issues, and driving retention and expansion.

Lead business development across the Americas (focus U.S. West Coast), identify and close new cross-border payments opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, shape commercial strategy, manage sales/marketing efforts, oversee performance reporting and budgeting, conduct market research and analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Own and run outbound prospecting systems and account-targeting using the growth tech stack; qualify inbound leads and provide first-touch engagement; maintain deal logging, stage accuracy and pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive; and manage field marketing/event logistics to convert events into pipeline.

The Product Manager will develop API products, manage cross-functional collaboration, resolve bugs, analyze data, and lead product reviews to enhance client satisfaction.
