Provides practical legal and commercially focused advice across a global fintech, covering commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy, risk management, and international entity matters. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, monitors legal developments, manages external counsel, improves compliance processes, and advises leaders on legal risks across multiple jurisdictions.

Support pre-sales, customer implementations, API integrations, troubleshooting, onboarding, training, and ongoing customer success. Manage client relationships, validate API workflows using Postman, monitor usage and feedback, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software for a global account verification platform. Build CI/CD pipelines, work with cloud applications, microservices, gRPC, containers, and Kubernetes, and ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, document technical solutions, and mentor engineers while contributing to engineering best practices.

Build and deploy internal tools, automations, workflows, and lightweight applications that improve operational efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, translate business needs into scalable solutions, integrate APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms, and deliver rapid MVPs. Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Network teams while supporting adoption, documentation, and maintenance. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution delivery and create measurable business impact.

Own the growth, performance, economics, and commercialization of iPiD’s global partner network. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating with new partners, managing supplier relationships, optimizing pricing and network performance, monitoring payments and fraud-prevention developments, creating sales enablement materials, and leading partner implementations from onboarding through production in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders.

Lead reliability, availability, and operational excellence of production platforms. Manage Kubernetes deployments, monitoring, SLOs/SLIs, CI/CD, and configuration management. Provide customer-facing technical operations for on-prem and hosted deployments, drive incident resolution, codify runbooks and automation, and partner across teams for production readiness and go-live.

Provide L2 technical support and incident management for a fintech platform. Monitor system health, triage alerts, investigate issues using logs and DB queries, maintain runbooks, own SLA response times, support releases via UAT, and collaborate with Presales, Operations, and Customer Success to improve operational stability and customer experience.
