Design, develop, and maintain scalable software for a global account verification platform. Build CI/CD pipelines, work with cloud applications, microservices, gRPC, containers, and Kubernetes, and ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, document technical solutions, and mentor engineers while contributing to engineering best practices.

Build and deploy internal tools, automations, workflows, and lightweight applications that improve operational efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, translate business needs into scalable solutions, integrate APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms, and deliver rapid MVPs. Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Network teams while supporting adoption, documentation, and maintenance. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution delivery and create measurable business impact.

Own the growth, performance, economics, and commercialization of iPiD’s global partner network. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating with new partners, managing supplier relationships, optimizing pricing and network performance, monitoring payments and fraud-prevention developments, creating sales enablement materials, and leading partner implementations from onboarding through production in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
