Lead reliability, availability, and operational excellence of production platforms. Manage Kubernetes deployments, monitoring, SLOs/SLIs, CI/CD, and configuration management. Provide customer-facing technical operations for on-prem and hosted deployments, drive incident resolution, codify runbooks and automation, and partner across teams for production readiness and go-live.

Drive revenue growth across Europe by developing and executing commercial strategies, identifying new customers and partnerships, conducting market research, managing key client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring commercial performance, and contributing to financial target setting and budgeting.

Provide L2 technical support and incident management for a fintech platform. Monitor system health, triage alerts, investigate issues using logs and DB queries, maintain runbooks, own SLA response times, support releases via UAT, and collaborate with Presales, Operations, and Customer Success to improve operational stability and customer experience.
