Lead technical discovery and PoC engagements for enterprise network assurance across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Translate technical complexity into business outcomes, demonstrate integrations, partner with sales/product/engineering, and represent IP Fabric at customer workshops and events.

As a Post Sales Solution Architect, you will assist customers in adopting IP Fabric solutions, guiding them through complex requirements and project implementations while collaborating internally and ensuring satisfaction.

Develop and implement software features for network automation, creating use cases, and testing new capabilities while supporting product vision.

Build and improve platform components using Python and TypeScript; modernize deployment from Debian packages to containers; develop CI/CD, build, testing, and local-development tooling; troubleshoot across application, Linux, runtime, container, and pipeline layers; improve platform stability, performance, security, maintainability, observability, and developer experience; and collaborate on technical decisions and code reviews.

Manage a large mid-tier CSM portfolio with digital-led engagement programs to drive activation, adoption, retention, and renewals through channel partners. Monitor customer health signals, forecast renewals in Salesforce, provide technical guidance on networking use cases, coordinate cross-functionally, and build scalable CS processes and automation using AI tools.

Lead the Network Discovery product area: define roadmap, prioritise features, work closely with Engineering, UX, field teams and customers, improve discovery reliability/coverage/speed, translate technical complexity into clear product decisions, use AI to enhance discovery and internal practices, and drive measurable customer outcomes.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead technical sessions, design PoCs, and translate network opportunities into business impacts while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
