Serve as the CEO’s right hand by managing priorities, schedules, meetings, follow-through, executive communications, market analysis, and investor engagement. Prepare briefings, summaries, presentations, and documentation for varied audiences. Coordinate across internal teams, commercial partners, and investors while supporting the Series B fundraising process and ensuring the CEO focuses on highest-impact work.

Lead systems engineering across the full product lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through integration, verification, validation, certification, and launch. Lead direct-material sourcing for engineered hardware from pilot builds through low-volume and contract manufacturing. Responsibilities include supplier identification and qualification, competitive bidding, commercial negotiations, costed BOM ownership, purchasing, material planning, supplier governance, and supply-risk mitigation. The role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance, manages supplier and manufacturing-partner relationships, and establishes scalable sourcing processes for international operations.

Hands-on manufacturing engineer responsible for industrializing complex electromechanical hardware from engineering builds into repeatable low-volume production. Duties include developing manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, documentation, work instructions, validation, process controls, configuration changes, and performance improvements. The role supports shop-floor builds, defect resolution, DFM/DFA, process transfers to contract manufacturers, pilot builds, operator training, and continuous improvement across internal and partner manufacturing facilities.

Lead the industrialisation of a complex power-electronic transformer from engineering builds into safe, repeatable production. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing concepts, delivering equipment, coordinating DFM/DFA, preparing readiness documentation, managing configuration changes and risks, supporting early builds, improving yield and cycle time, and transferring processes to contract manufacturers. The role bridges Engineering and Operations and requires hands-on shop-floor engagement, technical leadership, and supplier collaboration.
