Lead development and validation of high-fidelity power system models and EMT simulations, perform stability, fault and harmonics analysis, guide design reviews, support product integration into networks, assist business development and testing, and produce technical documentation to ensure grid-code compliance and successful field deployments.

Own and improve the PCB development environment using Altium. Create component libraries, templates, BOMs and design guidelines. Support PCB and power-supply design, design-for-assembly/test, and collaborate with manufacturers to deliver high-reliability, high-volume PCB assemblies on schedule.

Design, simulate, implement, test and validate high-power converters and controllers for grid-connected applications. Develop reliable PCB assemblies, support build and test activities, perform laboratory and site testing, participate in design reviews and cross-functional technical work, and create requirements and test documentation while ensuring safety, quality and compliance to standards.

Lead development and validation of high-fidelity power system models and EMT simulations (load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, harmonics). Perform detailed data analysis, drive design reviews, integrate solutions with hardware/software teams, support business development and testing, and produce technical documentation for compliance and deployment.

Lead technical workstreams from prototype to commercial rollout, manage site commissioning and troubleshooting, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, produce technical documentation, and support testing, integration and field deployments with frequent UK and international travel.

Lead planning, coordination and delivery of engineering and customer projects across lifecycle. Maintain schedules, risks, documentation; manage stakeholders, suppliers, procurement, logistics and FAT; support commissioning, reporting and continuous improvement.

Design and develop mechanical assemblies and cooling systems for inverters and power equipment from concept to production. Work hands-on in prototyping, testing, BOM/component selection, and create documentation for manufacturing and installation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop and validate control algorithms and models for power-electronics systems. Run simulations and lab tests, troubleshoot hardware/software, analyse performance data, support verification/validation, and create technical documentation while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
