Serve as the CEO’s right hand by managing priorities, schedules, meetings, follow-through, executive communications, market analysis, and investor engagement. Prepare briefings, summaries, presentations, and documentation for varied audiences. Coordinate across internal teams, commercial partners, and investors while supporting the Series B fundraising process and ensuring the CEO focuses on highest-impact work.

Lead systems engineering across the full product lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through integration, verification, validation, certification, and launch. Manage and develop the Systems Engineering team, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, oversee technical risks and DFMEA, and drive system-level testing and compliance. Collaborate with product teams, suppliers, customers, and manufacturing partners to deliver complex power-electronic and grid-connected products. The role is hybrid in London with up to 10% national and international travel.

Lead direct-material sourcing for engineered hardware from pilot builds through low-volume and contract manufacturing. Responsibilities include supplier identification and qualification, competitive bidding, commercial negotiations, costed BOM ownership, purchasing, material planning, supplier governance, and supply-risk mitigation. The role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance, manages supplier and manufacturing-partner relationships, and establishes scalable sourcing processes for international operations.
