Develop and validate mechanical assemblies, enclosures, inverter systems, and thermal solutions from concept through production. Lead structural analysis, materials selection, CAD reviews, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, prototyping, testing, documentation, configuration control, and change management. Collaborate with electrical and power electronics teams, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and design partners while ensuring safety, reliability, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and cost targets.

Design, develop and validate control algorithms and models for power-electronics systems. Run simulations and lab tests, troubleshoot hardware/software, analyse performance data, support verification/validation, and create technical documentation while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Design and develop mechanical assemblies and cooling systems for inverters and power equipment from concept to production. Work hands-on in prototyping, testing, BOM/component selection, and create documentation for manufacturing and installation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
