Lead multiple engineering teams to translate strategy into technical roadmaps, drive architecture and API design, coordinate cross-functional delivery, coach and grow engineers, measure and improve team performance, and adopt new technologies to enhance resident and associate experiences.

Provides customer service, maintains compliance with company policies, and supports portfolio financial and administrative operations.

Leads the enterprise data organization, including data product management, engineering, architecture, governance, and platform delivery. Defines multi-year data strategy, oversees a 30+ person team, manages budgets and vendors, and communicates priorities and outcomes to executives and the board. Establishes data quality, lineage, catalog, metadata, security, and compliance frameworks while driving reliable, cost-effective data products and platforms aligned with business objectives.

Leads the data science function, setting strategy, technical direction, governance, and machine learning standards. Partners with senior leaders to prioritize analytics initiatives across acquisition, retention, customer experience, pricing, and portfolio performance. Personally develops and validates advanced models while leading production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Manages, mentors, and grows a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, ensuring reliable, explainable, and business-impactful decision systems.

Performs corporate general ledger and month-end accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, payroll accounting, variance analysis, equity transactions, and bank reconciliation reviews. Partners with HR, Capital Markets, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting. Supports audits and SOX compliance while applying U.S. GAAP and providing financial insights to stakeholders.

Manages centralized operational support for leasing and property management, including workforce planning, team leadership, third-party provider oversight, customer service quality, escalations, lease documentation, DocuSign templates, and process improvement. Coaches employees, supports hiring and development, coordinates with legal and market leadership, and ensures service levels meet seasonal demand and business requirements.

Negotiates and finalizes lease renewals with current residents, presents renewal options, resolves inquiries, prepares lease documents, and achieves renewal targets. Provides customer service, administrative support, data entry, document processing, and regional team assistance while maintaining accurate and timely records.

Provides administrative and clerical support for HOA operations, including filing, document management, database updates, community onboarding, audits, meeting assistance, communications, and inquiry response. Coordinates with third-party management communities and supports departmental projects. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, independent work, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Yardi.

Coordinates national programs supporting property management operations across a large single-family rental portfolio. Responsibilities include developing processes, supporting program managers, coordinating with market teams and vendors, analyzing data and expenses, reviewing invoices, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, identifying savings opportunities, and maintaining best practices. The role is hybrid and requires at least three office days weekly.

The HAP Accountant processes Housing Assistance Payments, extracts payment information from Housing Authority portals, creates Yardi receipt batches, researches resident accounts receivable balances, audits resident ledgers, verifies lease and contract charges, and resolves payment discrepancies with property management personnel and Housing Authorities. The role supports program compliance and accurate financial reporting in a high-volume environment.

Lead asset and portfolio management analysis for a large single‑family rental portfolio. Oversee analysts, drive capital allocation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. Monitor asset performance and physical condition, recommend strategic and operational improvements, develop policies and technology initiatives, produce investor and internal reports, and collaborate cross‑functionally with development, facilities, and operations.

Serve as strategic advisor to the SVP of Marketing, Growth & Customer Experience, translating analytics into executive recommendations, driving cross‑functional operating rhythms, leading enterprise programs, and applying continuous improvement to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. Partner with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and CX to align roadmaps, reporting, and governance while managing portfolio execution, stakeholder communications, and change management to scale impact.

Prepare and draft sections of 10-Ks, 10-Qs and other SEC filings (financial statements, footnotes, MD&A); collaborate across functions and with external auditors; perform accounting research and ad-hoc analyses; support implementation of new accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations; assist with monthly management reports, debt compliance reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting controls.
