The Renewal Specialist negotiates lease renewals with current residents, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to renewal targets while providing administrative support.

Lead operational and financial performance for assigned single-family rental markets. Oversee pricing, marketing, budgets, forecasting, maintenance/rehab, resident satisfaction, and compliance. Prepare portfolio reviews and reports, implement revenue and expense initiatives, coach and develop teams, and partner cross-functionally to drive value and operational excellence.

Support fund accounting for JV and third-party management entities including capital calls, distributions, management fees, equity pick-ups, journal entries, variance analysis, audit support, and collaboration across teams to ensure accurate timely reporting under U.S. GAAP.
