Manage US and UK customer billing, accounts receivable, collections, payments, credits, refunds, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The role also coordinates payments, resolves coding and compliance issues, supports audits, and collaborates with employees, vendors, and finance teams across countries and time zones.

Leads DevOps and SRE strategy, roadmap, team development, cloud platform reliability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security, identity, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and cost management. Owns Azure infrastructure across environments while supporting AWS and Snowflake.
