Lead and build InvestorFlow's AI Consulting Practice: define strategy and offerings, hire and mentor consultants, run flagship engagements, guide AI readiness and implementation, partner with Sales to originate deals, and develop reusable IP, thought leadership, and client relationships across private markets.

Lead and execute AI consulting engagements: assess AI readiness, design prioritized use cases and roadmaps, configure and deploy LLM/RAG/agent solutions integrated with CRM and enterprise systems, manage workstreams, validate outputs, run workshops, produce deliverables, and help scale the AI practice through methodology and pre-sales support.

Ensure production reliability through observability design, SLO/SLA definition, incident response and postmortems, DR validation and drills, capacity forecasting, autoscaling tuning, and cross-team collaboration to improve operational readiness and cost efficiency.
