Manage US and UK customer billing, accounts receivable, collections, payments, credits, refunds, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Maintain customer account records, billing requirements, tax documentation, and accounting controls. Partner with Sales, Operations, Services, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies, support revenue accounting and audits, assess bad debt reserves, and improve billing and collections processes.

Partner with Sales, Business Operations, Services, and Accounting to resolve billing issues, maintain accurate balances, assess collection risks, and improve billing and accounting processes.

Contribute to enterprise Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines, manage multi-cloud infrastructure, and deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, security scanning, compliance, vulnerability management, and advanced deployment strategies. Participate in incident response, architectural reviews, post-mortems, automation, and cross-team process improvements.
