Manage and implement the internal quality program across facility operations, serving as central point of contact for quality matters. Works with engineers, designers, and surveyors, maintains property and space inventories, ensures compliance with safety and quality programs, and supports MILCON planning using AutoCAD and GIS.

Supports MWR and CAC/LRC recreational facilities by operating cashier and resale activities, including alcohol sales; organizing and hosting games, tournaments, entertainment, and special events; answering guest questions; maintaining facilities; stocking complimentary food and supplies; coordinating transportation and staging for entertainers; and assisting with event setup, teardown, and audiovisual needs. Serve as the single government point of contact and lead contractor authority for all contractual, technical, and administrative aspects of a C4IM-focused Army program. Oversee program activities, ensure compliance with contract requirements, manage risks, coordinate subordinate teams, produce monthly status reports, and provide leadership and mentoring to contractor personnel.
