Provide senior-level functional and technical support for Army business and installation systems (GFEBS, eMH, ISR, RPLANS, ArcView GIS). Lead architecture, design, deployment, and sustainment of SharePoint environments. Provide advanced CAD/Revit drafting for IC facilities: produce and maintain 2D/3D architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site drawings; manage version control and configuration in secure systems; support design reviews, field verification, as-builts, and safeguard classified information.

Provide second-tier enterprise IT support and manage a cross-functional help desk for Army/DoD environments. Troubleshoot desktops, networks (NIPR/SIPR/Secure enclaves), mobility devices, and VTC systems; manage AD/Azure accounts; maintain inventories and compliance with DoD/Army IA standards; coordinate with NEC/USAREUR and other IT organizations; provide VIP support and training.

Create and maintain detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Revit drawings (architectural, structural, MEP, site); manage version control and configuration in secure systems; support design reviews, field verification, as-builts, and compliance with codes and IC security requirements while coordinating with engineers and project managers.

Manage planning, execution, and close-out of facilities and infrastructure projects for Intelligence Community sites. Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and security teams; maintain project documentation, schedules, risk registers, and status reports; ensure compliance with IC policies and safety/security protocols; monitor contractor performance and brief senior leadership.

Provide logistics and property management support for an Intelligence Community contract: develop communications and programs, manage accountable property using APSR, plan and report excess property, analyze logistics data, lead task teams, and produce briefings and documentation to support strategic decisions.

Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, verify travel orders and clearances, notify travelers of requirements, assist with travel forms, reconcile travel expenses, provide customer service, and perform limited office administrative duties supporting employee travel.

Lead and execute migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, optimize system performance, ensure compliance with government/intelligence standards, operate independently across multiple work areas, lead major technical assignments, and supervise technical teams.

Oversee facilities projects from concept through close-out supporting Intelligence Community missions: coordinate stakeholders, develop SOWs and cost estimates, review designs, inspect construction, lead technical meetings, provide briefings, and manage project data in ARCHIBUS IWMS.

Administer, maintain, and optimize the CMMS to ensure accurate asset data, PM execution, and compliance with IC and federal standards. Configure assets, work orders, PM schedules, inventory, and reports; develop metrics and dashboards; support audits, upgrades, integrations, and user training; enforce role-based access and cybersecurity/data-handling requirements to sustain secure, mission-critical facilities.

Provide CAD and BIM support for facility management and projects: create/maintain 2D/3D models, ensure NGA compliance, integrate BIM/CAD with ARCHIBUS/IWMS, perform space audits, produce Design Intent Documents, support engineers and project managers, troubleshoot software, and publish GOLD MASTER as-built drawings to support operations and emergency/security planning.

Design, analyze, and implement mechanical systems for intelligence and defense missions. Perform failure analyses, create CAD models and technical documentation, support prototyping/testing, and ensure compliance with safety and mission standards while working in classified environments.

Lead cross-site enterprise supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, procurement, property and vehicle management. Oversee teams, ensure accountability of government-furnished equipment, implement process improvements, develop metrics and reporting, support budgeting and contract compliance, and act as primary logistics contact for contract and government stakeholders.

Manage and implement the internal quality program across facility operations, serving as central point of contact for quality matters. Oversee progress control, quality data analysis, and statistical sampling to ensure maintenance, repair, and operations meet contractual and safety requirements in support of Defense and Intelligence facilities.
