The role requires extensive structural maintenance or construction experience, supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, deployment eligibility, Qatar residency authorization, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Performs professional accounting for indirect departments, including month-end close, journal entries, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, audit support, intercompany accounting, payroll discrepancy resolution, and process improvement. Ensures compliance with GAAP, CAS, FAR, and business processes while preparing financial reports, tax packages, audit schedules, and DCAA forward-pricing materials.

Designs, implements, accredits, troubleshoots, and sustains NSA CSfC secure communications solutions for classified DoD environments. Leads operations and maintenance for the ViSR remote SIPRNet access capability, supports scaling and deployment across NETCOM areas, and provides Tier III engineering. Responsibilities include secure network architecture, VPN and firewall configuration, PKI and identity management, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, testing, documentation, compliance, and coordination with government, cybersecurity, engineering, and vendor stakeholders.

Monitor surveillance systems and patrol base grounds, enforce access control, verify credentials, document incidents, respond to alarms and emergencies, inspect perimeter security, and follow classified information protection and escalation protocols.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting (EACs); track funding, burn rates, labor, ODCs, subcontractor and material costs; maintain WBS and cost structures; support procurement, inventory, invoices, audits, revenue recognition, and compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS. Communicate financial risks to leadership and use Maximo for asset, inventory, and procurement tracking.

Lead cybersecurity governance, RMF lifecycle, and eMASS A&A activities for Army IMCOM-E. Prepare and manage security documentation, support CCRI inspections and remediation, conduct vulnerability assessments and POA&Ms, advise leadership on risk, develop IA policies and security architecture, coordinate with stakeholders and CSSPs, and ensure continuous monitoring and compliance with DoD/NIST/Army policies.

Lead architecture, design, deployment, and sustainment of SharePoint environments. Build sites, pages, dashboards, forms, and workflows; optimize performance and security per DoD policies; integrate enterprise apps; document configurations; provide training; and support migrations and modernization.

Serve as the single government point of contact and lead contractor authority for all contractual, technical, and administrative aspects of a C4IM-focused Army program. Oversee program activities, ensure compliance with contract requirements, manage risks, coordinate subordinate teams, produce monthly status reports, and provide leadership and mentoring to contractor personnel. Interface with CO/COR/ACORs and apply APMS, ITAS, and ITSM processes within GO/SES environments.
