Provide senior-level functional and technical support for Army business and installation systems (GFEBS, eMH, ISR, RPLANS, ArcView GIS). Perform SQL-based data mining, validation, reconciliation, reporting, dashboarding, and geospatial analysis to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and decision support for senior leadership.
