Prepares and manages complex government contract cost and pricing proposals, including cost volumes, pricing models, estimates, compliance documentation, negotiation responses, and audit support. Reviews RFPs and regulations, analyzes historical and FOIA data, develops pricing strategies, and collaborates with capture, business development, technical, subcontractor, and executive teams. Mentors pricing analysts and creates training materials while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, SCA, and company procedures.

Provides senior technical expertise in experimental ballistics and precision ammunition development. Designs and fabricates experimental prototypes, fixtures, and ammunition; conducts load development and precision loading; improves research facilities; supports ballistic testing and range safety; and collaborates with Army units and industry partners to transition advanced ammunition technologies.

Develops compliant pricing models and cost volumes for complex government contract bids. Reviews RFPs, IFBs, FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other regulations; analyzes historical and FOIA data; prepares cost projections, pricing rationales, reports, and negotiation responses. Collaborates with capture, technical, business development, subcontractor, and executive teams, supports government audits, and mentors pricing analysts while ensuring proposal accuracy and compliance.
