Leads the enterprise federal proposal management function, overseeing strategy, governance, compliance, staffing, reviews, production, submissions, and continuous improvement. Manages proposal professionals and directly leads complex Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and other government bids. Partners with capture, business development, pricing, contracts, legal, finance, operations, and executives to develop persuasive, compliant proposals. Establishes processes, metrics, content libraries, quality standards, and resource plans while protecting sensitive and classified information.

Oversees DFAC food service operations, including menu planning, procurement, food preparation, catering, staffing, inventory, logistics, budgeting, compliance, and equipment maintenance. Manages personnel and subcontractors, ensures adherence to Air Force food service standards and regulations, coordinates deliveries and menu operations, monitors quality and costs, and supports customer satisfaction in a deployed environment.
