Develops copy for social media, marketing campaigns, product communications, retail touchpoints, and B2B case studies. Creates campaign narratives, headlines, scripts, and brand stories while translating product features into customer-focused messaging. Collaborates with creative, merchandising, category management, retail, and B2B teams to maintain consistent brand voice and content quality. Manages the content library and improves communications based on feedback.

Supports international export sales by identifying markets and customers, preparing commercial documents, coordinating with design, costing, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teams, responding to client inquiries, maintaining sales pipelines, and monitoring project progress. The role develops practical knowledge of export procedures, international business, project sales, pricing, negotiation, and customer relationship management while contributing to business development objectives.

Drive sales for kitchens, doors, and wardrobes by engaging customers, explaining products, achieving targets, and managing opportunities from site measurement through final sign-off. Review quotations and technical drawings, maintain opportunity records, ensure displays meet standards, and follow retail and service procedures.

Prepares and maintains documentation for bank guarantees, import and local letters of credit, CAD and DA transactions, insurance, shipping documents, and payment schedules. Coordinates with banks and internal departments regarding customs clearance, payment tracking, expired or renewing guarantees, and transaction records. Produces weekly payment and status reports for the Accounts Department and CEO.

Lead the Internal Audit function, develop audit plans, manage audits, assess risks, present reports, and mentor the audit team.
