Responsible for carrying out day-to-day electrical maintenance tasks at the factory and head office, ensuring timely preventive and corrective actions to keep machinery and systems running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:- Accurately follow the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for machines, equipment, and building systems.
- Ensure that machine breakdowns are minimized and do not exceed 2% annually.
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical panels, wiring, lights, motors, and control systems.
- Assist in maintaining HVAC, generators, UPS, and other electrical systems at the head office and plant.
- Maintain proper recordkeeping of maintenance tasks and breakdown history.
- Follow safety protocols and standards while performing all tasks.
- Report any recurring issues or required spare parts to the supervisor on time.
Requirements
DAE in Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance (industrial setting preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, motor controls, and safety standards
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies when needed
- Team player with a responsible attitude toward work
