The role requires strong English communication, technical problem-solving, familiarity with ticketing and CRM tools, rotating-shift flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Spanish fluency and healthcare claims experience are preferred.

Leads the strategy, governance, architecture, analytics, AI oversight, integration, RPA, testing, Epic Cogito, and Workday platforms. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, enterprise data quality, reporting, system roadmaps, release governance, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery across clinical, operational, financial, HR, and IT stakeholders. The role combines strategic leadership with technical depth to improve decision-making, automation, compliance, and trust in enterprise systems.
