Provides principal-level Epic Cogito analytics consulting, including healthcare data architecture, BI modeling, reporting, dashboard development, data-quality troubleshooting, and integration. Translates clinical, operational, financial, and executive needs into analytics solutions using Epic Chronicle, Clarity, Caboodle, Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft Fabric, and REST APIs. Manages Jira-based analytics delivery, documentation, governance, stakeholder workshops, process automation, and mentorship while supporting population health and enterprise healthcare intelligence initiatives.

Lead and transform the enterprise PMO by defining strategy, governance, and PPM frameworks. Oversee portfolio planning, resource and capacity forecasting, risk management, budgets, executive reporting, and cross-functional delivery. Mentor PMO teams, drive change management, improve methodologies, and present portfolio updates to executive leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
