Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Interpath, partnering with leadership to source, engage, and hire candidates across markets. Provide PMO and enablement support for an AI CoE: maintain roadmap and backlog, prepare governance and KPI reporting, draft leadership communications, run governance forums, support onboarding and AI-literacy, coordinate cross-pod activities, and perform basic data analysis to inform decisions.

Hands-on technical lead for the AI function: design and build LLM agents, tools and copilots; lead use cases from prototype to production; integrate with enterprise systems and MLOps; set technical standards, mentor engineers, and act as technical SME for business stakeholders.
