Support IT-focused transaction projects including IT due diligence, cost and run-rate analysis, carve-out and post-merger integration planning, and preparing deal-focused client presentations. Research transaction-relevant IT trends and collaborate with deal teams to translate technical findings into commercial implications. Expected internship minimum three months, with mentorship and hands-on consulting exposure.

Develop and maintain integrated financial models for M&A, fundraising, valuations and bespoke client needs. Build cash flow, operational and decision-support models using best practices. Analyze complex datasets and use Power BI/Alteryx for insights. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver commercially focused advice to clients.

Lead procurement consulting engagements to reduce costs and optimise supplier relationships. Analyse procurement processes, design cost-effective sourcing strategies, prepare product cost calculations, manage negotiations and contracts, drive change-management initiatives, support business development in Austria, and coach project teams to deliver EBITDA, working‑capital and operational KPI improvements.
