Provides HR guidance and strategic people partnership to UK teams, advising senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance, talent reviews, career development, succession planning, recruitment, learning initiatives, and people projects. The role supports graduate programs, professional qualifications, regulatory compliance, reporting, organizational change, and the continuous improvement of people practices across UK and international offices.

Leads financial services advisory engagements involving project management, client reporting, financial modeling, lending and debt analysis, governance and compliance reviews, and transaction diligence. Acts as a primary client contact, supports business development and pitches, and mentors junior staff. The role requires substantial financial services and compliance experience, lending knowledge, governance expertise, financial modeling capability, and familiarity with capital markets and debt products.

Supports accounting operations across multiple entities by processing invoices, expenses, payments, bank transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end reporting. Prepares financial data for tax declarations and liaises with tax advisors. Requires accounting knowledge, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with ERP systems, VAT compliance, shared services, and professional accounting qualifications is beneficial.
