Manage workplace recovery client lifecycle including billing, collections, test scheduling and declarations. Support sales, account and centre managers via phone/email/webinars, process renewals, record CRM notes, produce client location reports, and collaborate across teams to meet KPIs and service targets.

Lead pricing analytics and reporting for global products and markets. Analyze large, granular datasets and run investigative analyses to identify performance issues. Design and measure pricing strategy changes and A/B tests. Expand and maintain the pricing analytics suite, liaise with BI leads, and support commercial decision meetings with targeted insights.

Design, build, and improve business simulations and pricing optimization engines. Develop algorithms for customer behaviour and purchase likelihood, ensure clean data pipelines, run pricing tests, and create visualizations to communicate simulation results to the Pricing Team and wider business.
