Leads regional sales strategy and performance for a luxury beauty and fragrance brand. Coaches and develops sales leaders and field teams, manages retailer relationships, drives customer experience, merchandising, brand positioning, product launches, and in-store initiatives. Partners with marketing and training teams, supports hiring, manages budgets and operational reporting, identifies growth opportunities, and travels weekly throughout the Southcentral region.

Leads demand planning, S&OP, purchasing, inventory management, forecasting, import logistics, trade compliance, and supply chain strategy. Manages two direct reports and partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, manufacturers, and 3PL providers. Develops KPIs, dashboards, budgets, business plans, and inventory policies while driving process improvements, product sourcing, and cross-functional accountability.

Provide sales reporting, analysis and forecasting across platforms; maintain weekly/monthly selling and stock reports; manage BI reporting and corporate communications; support forecasts, promotional inventory processing, EDI order review, collateral budget, and communication with field sales and operations.

Lead execution of sales strategy for The House of Creed across Orange County. Coach and develop in-store sales teams, drive customer experience and sales goals, manage staffing and budgets, plan product launches and events, build retailer partnerships, monitor performance and competition, and report regional retail results.
