Leads regional sales strategy and retail execution for Creed across the Southcentral territory. Manages, coaches, recruits, and develops in-store sales teams; builds retailer partnerships; drives product launches, events, merchandising, market share, and customer experience. Monitors sales and competitive performance, identifies growth opportunities, coordinates inventory planning, manages travel expenses, and reports business results. Frequent travel and physical activity in retail environments are required.

Provide sales reporting, analysis and forecasting across platforms; maintain weekly/monthly selling and stock reports; manage BI reporting and corporate communications; support forecasts, promotional inventory processing, EDI order review, collateral budget, and communication with field sales and operations.

Coach and develop in-store sales teams, drive customer experience and sales goals, manage staffing and budgets, plan product launches and events, build retailer partnerships, monitor performance and competition, and report regional retail results.
