Lead the group-wide HR function across multiple schools in Abu Dhabi. Develop HR strategies, policies, systems, and procedures; oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and exits; advise leadership on workforce planning and employee relations; manage grievances and investigations; maintain HR records and dashboards; and ensure compliance with UAE labor law, safeguarding standards, and school policies.

Leads the Secondary school for Grades 6–12 within an American curriculum environment. Oversees curriculum implementation, assessment, student outcomes, staff supervision, performance management, professional development, and compliance with ADEK regulations. The role requires collaboration with students, families, educators, and government representatives, along with expertise in Common Core standards, AP programs, educational technology, data analysis, and culturally responsive school leadership.

Lead the secondary English and Literature department, develop and deliver the British curriculum, manage staff, support student progress, and promote strong skills in literature, language, reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking. The role also requires inclusive teaching, innovative lesson planning, educational technology use, collaboration across departments, and commitment to professional development.
