Provides administrative support to Head Office management, coordinates communication with school branches and the Astana team, prepares reports and meeting materials, schedules meetings, maintains files, supports translation, follows up on actions, and assists with projects, events, travel, and confidential information.

Lead the English department across EYFS to KS5, overseeing curriculum development, teaching quality, staff performance, assessment, pupil outcomes, interventions, and cross-phase collaboration. The role includes line management, professional development, lesson observations, data analysis, enrichment activities, safeguarding, and alignment with whole-school improvement priorities.

Supervise assigned staff, coordinate daily activities, prepare schedules, monitor performance, ensure policy compliance, resolve operational and customer issues, maintain records, prepare reports, and provide staff orientation and training. The role also promotes teamwork, professionalism, and workplace safety while supporting additional management-assigned duties.
