Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas, support room attendants with linen and supplies, deliver guest requests, perform deep cleaning and furniture moves, follow safety and lost & found procedures, and provide professional guest service.

Manage day-to-day front office operations, supervise and mentor front desk agents, deliver personalized guest service, handle reporting and basic accounting tasks, resolve guest and associate conflicts, maintain confidentiality, uphold grooming and uniform standards, and perform physically demanding tasks while working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Perform daily maintenance and repairs across hotel property including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance. Respond to guest/staff requests, troubleshoot systems, maintain logs, follow safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout), and support hotel operations to ensure facility safety and guest satisfaction.
