Build operating rhythms, own delivery and engineering budgets, embed UX quality, coach and develop PMs and Delivery Managers, ensure clear progress and early-warning course corrections, partner with Engineering and Quality, and drive pace with fixed-time flexible-scope delivery.

The role involves responding to RFI/RFP requirements, explaining architecture, integrations, security, and roadmap capabilities, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and improving the sales lifecycle.

Hands-on application security engineer who reads and writes code, performs manual vulnerability assessments, integrates and tunes security tooling into CI/CD, builds secure libraries and patterns, conducts threat modeling and design reviews, supports incident response, and elevates engineering security practices across the organization.

Design, build, and maintain scalable API-first backends and ReactJS frontends. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD, optimize performance, and ensure test automation and security across high-transaction applications.
