Lead and run the product management function, owning delivery, operating rhythm, and the product quality bar. Coach and develop PMs and Delivery Managers, ensure outcomes over artefacts, enforce budgets and scope, partner with engineering and quality, engage customers, and maintain pace while preventing low-quality user-facing releases.

Lead the shift to full test automation across .NET Core backends, ReactJS frontends, and React Native apps. Define strategies, build BDD/specflow suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, conduct API, performance and accessibility testing, mentor QA engineers, and track quality metrics.

Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts: troubleshoot integrations and APIs, provide proactive/reactive support, manage escalations, liaise with Product and Engineering, guide implementations and optimizations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention across global time zones.
