Lead architecture and hands-on delivery of large-scale distributed systems and AI/LLM integrations across the product. Design, implement, and ship features using C#/ASP.NET, React, Node.js and AWS; establish AI patterns (embeddings, RAG, vector DBs), ensure security, reliability, and observability, mentor engineers, and drive cross-squad delivery and engineering standards.

Design, build, and maintain scalable API-first backends and ReactJS frontends. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD, optimize performance, and ensure test automation and security across high-transaction applications.

Plan and run end-to-end demand campaigns (initially for Sideways 6), own HubSpot marketing operations, build email and nurture flows, support paid media, coordinate content and sales enablement, and report and optimise campaign and pipeline performance to drive revenue.
