Leads the end-to-end development of ruggedized military electronics, including circuit board design, embedded firmware, systems architecture, testing, verification, and prototype transition to production. The role uses Altium Designer, C, VHDL, and FPGA/CPLD technologies while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. It also involves coordinating subsystem integration, managing project milestones, and presenting design progress.

Lead and execute quality assurance for DoD/aerospace programs: author QA plans, review documentation, manage supplier quality, perform FAIRs/FAI, analyze failures and drive corrective actions, support audits, and maintain compliance with AS9100/AS9145/AS9102 and related standards.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts for DoD avionics and mission systems. Perform hands-on design, troubleshooting, systems engineering, and mentor engineers. Guide testing and certification (MIL-STD, DO-178), support proposals and customer deliverables, and balance technical direction with cost and schedule.

Develop and execute test plans for ruggedized military hardware, automate testing, analyze data, design test fixtures, troubleshoot electronics and embedded code, perform root cause analysis, and conduct environmental and EMI/EMC/ESD testing while documenting results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
